At QS Fragrances, we guarantee 100% authenticity of all perfumes.

• Samples & Decants: Final sale. No returns or refunds for hygiene reasons.

• Damaged Items: If your product arrives broken or leaking, email qssupport@gmail.com with photos within 3 days of receiving it. We will send a replacement or refund.

• Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–10 business days (depending on your bank).
